May 2024:

Our negotiations team made several wins on our new contract! We negotiated a 3.1% increase in salary, added class size caps into the contract language, gave our TK and K teachers prep time, and added more time for teachers to submit continuing education units to HR for salary advancement.

January 2023:

Our new contract added language protecting our members as well as 5% one-time money and a 7% salary increase.

April 2022:

Some of our RSP teachers were asked to travel to other school sites during their prep time to consult with students. CTO worked with CSD to get our teachers a half-day sub to cover their duties while they traveled to complete their consults.
